SRO-716 VACUUM REFLOW SOLDERING SYSTEM WITH HYDROGEN
IR VACUUM REFLOW SYSTEM FOR R&D PURPOSES AND PILOT LINE PRODUCTION
The SRO-716 H2 System is the perfect solution for precise soldering processes that require void-free solder joints with H2. Our soldering system is based on a thermal cold wall reactor and enables precise thermal processes for soldering without voids. The process chamber is heated by infrared lamps and controlled via several heating zones, with a maximum temperature of 450°C.These ensure homogeneous heating and precise temperature control. The nitrogen (N₂) ensures precise cooling. The intuitive WinATV software enables precise control of the entire process sequence. It is also available in an N₂H₂ version, which ensures optimized soldering processes under forming gas. With a heated area of 314 x 314 mm and a height of 96mm above the heating area, the SRO-716 H2 system is suitable for a wide range of electronic components and packages.
