SRO-716 VACUUM REFLOW SOLDERING SYSTEM WITH HIGH VACUUM

IR VACUUM REFLOW SYSTEM FOR R&D PURPOSES AND PILOT LINE PRODUCTION

The SRO-716 High Vacuum System is based on a thermal cold wall reactor and enables precise thermal processes for soldering without voids. The process chamber is heated by powerful infrared lamps controlled by multiple heating zones with a maximum temperature of 450°C (optionally up to 750°C). These ensure homogeneous heating and precise temperature control. The high vacuum system with scroll and turbomolecular pump achieves a vacuum of <5×10-5 mbar, while nitrogen (N₂) ensures controlled cooling. The HCOOH step optimizes wetting and ensures excellent soldering quality. The process is controlled intuitively via the WinATV software, which enables precise adjustment of all process sequences. With a heated area of 314x314mm and a height of 96mm above the heating area, the SRO-716 High Vacuum is compatible with a wide range of electronic components and packages. Ideal for R&D applications and pilot production, this versatile system meets the demands of modern manufacturing technologies and offers maximum flexibility for specific process requirements.
