SRO-716 VACUUM REFLOW SOLDERING SYSTEM WITH OVERPRESSURE
IR VACUUM REFLOW SYSTEM FOR R&D PURPOSES AND PILOT LINE PRODUCTION
The SRO-716 Overpressure System is the perfect solution for precise soldering processes that require void-free solder joints under overpressure. Our system uses a cold-wall reactor and is heated by powerful infrared lamps, which ensure uniform heating of the process chamber over several heating zones. The maximum temperature of the system is 450°C (optionally up to 750°C). These ensure homogeneous heating and precise temperature control. The overpressure system ensures a void-free soldering atmosphere thanks to an overpressure of up to 3bar. The Nitrogen (N₂) ensures controlled cooling, while the HCOOH step ensures optimum wetting. Precise control is provided by the powerful WinATV software, which enables detailed adjustment of the process sequences. With a heated area of 314 x 314mm and a height of 96mm above the heating area, the SRO-716 Overpressure System is suitable for a wide range of electronic components and packages.
