	ATV Technologie GmbH Munich was founded in 1972 as a 2 man company which has been growing to now 19 employees. Since 1995 there is a branch office in USA. ATV introduced in 1982 the model PEO-601, Programmable Process Furnace. Its versatility – fast ramp up/down, vacuum capability, multiple program controlled gas lines – was and still is revolutionary in thermal processing. Meanwhile the product family has been growing too and ATV’s products are distributed world wide at the most famous Hybrid, Semiconductor and SMT companies.
